Engine Services is an engineering company based in Rosewell, Scotland.
Alex helped me with the engineering work on the 1796cc engine. It is based on a standard 1598cc C16XE with a crank from a Vectra X18XE1. This causes the problem of the stroke being too long and the pistons protrude out of the block. I designed my own pistons to get around the problem and Wosner in Germany made them for me.
They have even been known to do engine work on BTCC touring cars when they visit Knockhill!
